As the summer comes to a close, we’re reflecting back on all of the awesome events we hosted throughout the city and looking forward to enhancing our class experiences.
To kick off the season, we taught a big rooftop yoga class at The Gregory Hotel. Sprinkled throughout August, we featured a few poolside classes at the Dream Hotel's tropical sandy “beach”.
It's been such an honor to teach in these beautiful spaces! We love finding underutilized areas in residential buildings and corporate offices and we're looking forward to hosting more hotel events soon. There are so many hidden gems around the city, as well as in your building, and we’re here to help take advantage of that space and bring different classes to you.
This month we've upped the ante and begun incorporating mini guided meditation sessions into all of our classes.
How it works: we break a sweat with one of our yoga or CORE classes and then we make time to meditate for 7-10 minutes. At hOM we believe that the practice of meditation greatly improves quality of life--and it can be daunting to try! So we’re offering a short and sweet experience to learn what it feels like to slow things down.
Our goal is to create more space--in your body, in your mind and in your city by making classes easily accessible for you.
